AKG WMS 450 Wireless Microphone Vocal Set Dynamic D5

Fantastic mic, the clarity is brilliant! Feedback rejection for live work is better than my wired SM58. I was thinking of opting for a wireless Shure or Sennheiser mic, but these mic's look so great, they run on just one battery! and sound amazing. The receiver is easy to set up, your live in a matter of minutes! I've been singing live for 8 years using a variety of quality microphones, and this system is the best i've used so far! I wasn't sure if I would get any interference or hiss with the system, so I tested it to its limits, this mic is crystal clear for 10's of meters away, even hiding behind thick walls didn't affect the reception! If anyone out their is 'uming or 'aring over a wireless mic in the £600 - £800 price range, don't bother, save your money, this is the one to get! Plus the people at EAV were great over the phone, really helpful and delivery was next day! (Posted on 29/11/2009)
