Wherever possible, when all items are in stock, we aim to deliver within 48 hours (to the UK mainland). However, if items are out of stock, or for any reason there is a problem with your payment, this period may be slightly longer.

If the delay is to be greater than 7 days, we will endeavour to inform you at the earliest opportunity. It is of course our aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction so please be assured that your order, no matter what the size, is of the utmost importance to us!

Delivery is generally via ParcelForce or DHL Express. For smaller items, the Royal Mail may be used. Occasionally other carriers may be used.

All deliveries will need to be signed for in person. Unfortunately, carriers cannot leave items in a porch or with a neighbour.

Please check that the number of packages you receive is the same number as listed on the drivers paperwork. We cannot be held responsible for missing items which have been signed for in "Good Condition".
