Since EAV started to work closely with one of the UK major fitness chains, we have started to look in to product that fit nicely in to the fitness world. For gym instructors, aerobics teachers and whole fitness centres, there are a wide range of Pro AV products that were designed for the active world you guys are in.

Because of this, EAV have put up a new page that shows nine products that we have supplied in to the fitness market and had amazing feedback from. We have looked at what we think are the key areas of fitness audio and picked three products from wireless headset systems, through to portable PA systems and finally general playback devices. First of all, Merry Christmas and a happy New Year

The EAV Pro Audio sales team will be working up to midday on Friday 23rd of December and our offices will then be closed until January 3rd 2012. All orders that are placed during this time period will be processed but will not be despatched until our return in January. Any orders placed before December 23rd will be despatched as quick as possible however, at the time of writing (21st December 2011) we cannot guarantee that they will be with you before Christmas. This is down to Parcelforce and not ourselves.

Our sale will continue to run over the Christmas period and please be advised that certain products are on a first come first serve basis as they are clearance stock deals. Basically, once they have gone, they have gone. Snap your bargains up now.

EAV Have just created a few spotlight pages for certain ranges of products. I suppose you could call them 'overview' pages. The plan is to do this with many of the ranges of products we sell to give you a little bit of basic knowledge on what the products are, what products are in the range and what they all do. We started with the Sennheiser G3 wireless microphones. The Yamaha Stagepas series of portable PA systems also have a page along with both the Presonus Studiolive and Allen & Heath iLive digital mixers.

Sennheiser have finally released their 4-way racked up wireless system and called it the eRack. The system is built and tested by Sennheiser engineers and is now shipping in the UK. Get your system at EAV pro Audio now.

Each system consists of a 4U Sennheiser rack unit, a 2U draw to fit your microphones in, one distribution splitter, the front antennae kit and finally you choose what systems you want racked up in the unit. You can choose between the EW100 series, the EW300 series and the EW500 series. Within each one of those series of systems you can pick the handheld, Lapel or headset systems. This gives you many options to create your system to meet your wireless needs.

We have just added a 'Broadcast Microphones' section to our website. Although it is just a small section at the moment we aim to fill it up with loads of mics that are designed for the Broadcast sector.

Currently we have some great Rode Microphones and Audio Technica Microphones that are perfect for the Broadcast world. Some, like the Rode VideoMic Pro is great for amateurs that want to dip there toe in the Broadcast world. Take a look and see.

A couple of months back, Alto Professional was bought by Numark. Normally, this type of thing matters very little to you as a customer and has very little effect on the products available to you, however, in this case it actually means quite a bit. What’s more, it’s all good news.

Now I don’t know the in’s and out’s of why they have done this, however, Alto seemed to have ditched their old range of products and brought out a complete new range of gear. EAV Pro Audio have some of these products listed on our site and are very excited about the price points of some of this gear. Take the Alto TS SUB15, it’s a 15” active subwoofer with crossovers, stereo ins and outs, compact wood cabinet and it’s available for just £299. The 18” Alto TS Sub18 is only coming to you at £399.
